For several years, I have devoted myself exclusively to EMDR therapy and strategic brief therapy. My approach is structured, compassionate, and resolutely results-oriented. Each session aims for real, in-depth transformation, whether it involves long-standing traumas, emotional blockages, or repetitive relational patterns.
I work seriously, but without being heavy-handed. Gentle, but without being complacent. My role is to help you understand what's holding you back, to name what's happening, and to reactivate your internal repair processes.
I hold a Master 2 in work analysis , with a strong specialization in work psychopathology (work psychology course). This university training gave me a rigorous basis for understanding individual, collective and organizational dynamics in the context of psychological suffering. To this theoretical and clinical base, I added numerous specializations, which today allow me to support varied audiences, on complex and specific issues:
I'm properly trained. And I continue to train continuously. I ensure that every tool I use is up-to-date, scientifically validated, and tailored to your specific situation.
My professional experience has led me to intervene in high-intensity contexts: child protection, justice, healthcare establishments, situations of harassment or burnout, institutional care of so-called “complex” or “resistant” patients.
I have developed solid expertise in the strategic reading of situations, the analysis of symptoms in context, and the therapeutic support of people in a state of breakdown, freezing, or psychological overload.
I am also called upon as a trainer and supervisor for professional teams dealing with people in great distress or in situations of psychological or relational danger.
EMDR PE.PS is a structured method that aims for measurable results, while deeply respecting the pace and needs of the person being treated. I now teach it through the EMDR PEPS Academy , to health professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists.
I offer targeted support, based on a rigorous clinical assessment and a tailored change strategy. Whether you're living with trauma, chronic anxiety, an eating disorder, or relational distress, I welcome you with respect and commitment.
My practice is aimed at:
As a trainer, I work with practitioners and teams who wish to specialize in the management of trauma, anxiety disorders, or complex situations. My teaching approach is clear, demanding, and practical. I rely on real-life cases, clinical demonstrations, and jargon-free teaching.
I propose:
What guides me every day is the conviction that suffering can be transformed, provided it is well received, well named, and well supported. My work is not about “curing” people, but about giving them back the ability to act, to think, to feel—differently.
I believe in a psychology that illuminates without overwhelming. In a therapy that engages without confining. And in a professional stance that combines rigor, humanity, and presence.
